To declare the minor in Medical Humanities, please complete the following steps:

1. Login to ESTHER.
2. Print an unofficial transcript.
3. Go to Students - General > Degrees, Majors, and Minors Declared > UG Declaration and Change of Minor Form. Complete sections I-IV of the form. Do not alter any fields in the "For Departmental Use Only" section.
4. Email the completed form and transcript to the Medical Humanities Program Director, Dr. Kirsten Ostherr for approval.
5. After Dr. Ostherr returns the signed form to you, submit it in person to the Office of the Registrar or email it as an attachment to registrar@rice.edu from your official Rice email address.
